Before your treatment

We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time to complete any paperwork and so that we can carry out any consultation. You will be warmly greeted and be able to relax in our beautiful reception lounge, and time allowing, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink.

Your therapist will discuss your treatment history, motivations and desired outcomes, as well as any previous treatments you have had, before recommending your treatment plan and homecare. This will be tailored entirely to your concerns and your treatment objectives.

Prior to your appointment date, a member of our team is always on hand to help, either insalonor over the telephone and we will send you a text reminder approximately 48 hours before of your appointment.

Every Treatment

When you arrive for your treatment, we will check your treatment history before explaining in detail the treatment you are about to have.

Your treatment will be carried out in one of our beauty rooms. Rest assured that your comfort and safety is of paramount importance to us at all times.

After Care

Following each treatment we we will review your initial results with you before guiding you through your aftercare plan. Prior to you leaving the salon, we are happy to discuss the next step in your treatment plan, recommend any homecare that you should be using to enhance your treatment and confirm your next appointment and where appropriate, a treatment review date. Should you wish to stay and relax after your treatment, you are welcome to do so.

A member of our team is always available should you have any questions or concerns about your treatment.
